Why Peer Networks?
- NOCA Peer Networks bring carefully selected peers together within specific People domains. Networks are confidential, vendor free, and led by experienced facilitators.
- Each network works with real cases and shared challenges, enabling open dialogue, practical learning, and measurable impact for both professionals and organisations.

How you join the right network
You join a peer network built around a specific People domain, where responsibility, context, and everyday challenges are comparable. This ensures relevant dialogue and practical learning from the very first meeting.
NOCA takes responsibility for quality. We assess role and context, select peers within the same domain, and appoint an experienced domain facilitator to ensure focus, trust, and progression.
Once a core group of around ten peers is in place, NOCA completes the peer group and appoints the facilitator. Networks typically kick off when the group reaches full strength, around fifteen participants.

What Our Members Say
