FAQ

Why does NOCA offer these peer networks?

NOCA Networks bring together experienced People professionals to reflect on real organisational challenges. Through structured peer dialogue, members strengthen judgement, share perspectives, and develop practical insight.

Who participates in the networks?

Participants are experienced People professionals such as HR leaders, specialists, and senior practitioners working with similar responsibilities across organisations.

How many participants are in a network?

Each network consists of approximately 15–20 carefully selected peers to ensure trust, openness, and relevant dialogue.

How often do networks meet?

Networks meet four times per year in person, typically hosted by one of the participating organisations.

What happens at a network meeting?

Members bring real cases and current dilemmas from their organisation. The group reflects together, challenges perspectives, and explores practical approaches.

How can I join a network?

You request an invitation and share your role and functional area. NOCA then assesses the fit and builds the peer group before the network launches.

Who facilitates the networks?

Each network is facilitated by an experienced professional with practical experience in the network’s domain, often combined with leadership experience in related roles. This helps ensure relevant discussions and meaningful case dialogue.

How do you ensure valuable discussions?

Networks are carefully curated and role-aligned, and sessions are professionally facilitated. This keeps discussions focused on real cases and practical learning.

Is the dialogue confidential?

Yes. The networks operate under full confidentiality, allowing members to openly discuss real organisational challenges.

What is the investment?

The annual participation fee is DKK 7,500 per participant, including four in-person meetings. This covers costs only, reflecting our non-profit commitment to your success. The standard market price for non-members is 20.000DKK pr. year.
